Mr. [redacted] did give Maxim a non refundable deposit on 9/17/15 for a 2016 Slingshot SL-LE. We told him at that time we did not...

know when we would be receiving the unit. We did know it was for his wife's birthday but even informed him when he wanted us to run his credit that it could be past the 30days that the banks allow. He did call us and we could never give a ship dates as we are not told by the manufacture when we will see it. They tell us the day it ships. When we spoke with Mr.[redacted] we did offer to refund his money 3 times. We made phone calls all we could do to try and have here before her birthday, We did not sell the unit that was for him. We have only received 2 of that model. 1 we sold in June before he even gave us the deposit. And the one he picked up on 11/4/15. We never promised what date we would receive the SL-LE or that it would be here on or before her birthday. We would like to see these come faster from Polaris but they have been building and shipping as fast as they can. We are sorry this did not work out to have for her birthday. We would have liked to have that happen as well! I do believe that Mr. [redacted] is happy now that he has his Slingshot for his wife.
