Miss [redacted] did speak with me on several occasions and was.looking for a affordable vehicle for her son she responded to the ad the vehicle was listed for and miss [redacted] was told that the front passenger tire need to be replaced at the very least after she test drove the vehicle and seemed confident in what she was purchasingWe then renegotiated the price to $plus taxs she fully understood she was purchasing a "used vehicle"and that is was being sold in its current condition she even suggested that she had a mechanic and I asked if she thought he should look at the vehicle before purchase in my opinion the vechile ran and drive great except for the front passenger tireThe vehicle only had 108k miles and at $was a great value we are sorry for miss [redacted] buyer remorse I believe miss [redacted] knew exactly what she was buying and that was a $vehicle and understood that we would make no repairsAfter purchase And that all sales were final

jetta she could find online and miss *** was fully aware that said vehicle needed some minor repairs as she and her husband test drove the vehicle twice and the vehicle was purchased from our back lot due to how cheap it was being sold for and the repairs it needed we are disappointed in miss armstrong"s complaint as she new very well what she was purchasing and we still believe she recieved a great deal with in her budget and to the best of our knowledge she is still drivng the car daily

Mr. [redacted] is not being honest about our discussions nor the guarantee he placed in his ad.  I have already hired an attorney who will be filing suit this week, if it hasn't already been filed.  Mr. [redacted] has already spoken to my attorney and is well aware.  We will continue this case legally though my attorney.  Thank you.
