This business makes promises it does not keepWhen the customer complains about the job not being done and not done right, people from the company including Mr [redacted] himself argues with the customer, promises to make it right after a long discussion and then never is heard from again I have truly never been so angryBad company to work withReps change their story several times about what they promised to do My roof is still not finished

Got to agree with *** [redacted] with Evans Brothers came out April 13th adn gave me an estimate to do my front gutters and a rain chain I purchased my rain chain and for six weeks I have tried to get this job done I've contacted [redacted] several times via phone and e-mail He was to come out one weekend to do it and never showed up Then I find out from him he went out of town but never bothered to call me and let me know Tells me he will come out that week, no show again I call him again and he tells me to contact [redacted] because he thought they had taken care of it Nope! I contact [redacted] and he tells me he's got to come out and measure and do an estimate I tell him an estimate has already been done by *** So he ask me what the estimate was I tell him and so [redacted] tells me he will be out the next day to do the job No show, no contact I contact [redacted] again and he says [redacted] is confused about what needs to be done He will contact [redacted] and have him call me next day Again, no call from anyone I contact [redacted] again and tell him if my job isn't big enough for them, then just say soHe assures me that's not the case but they have five trucks and all the guys are out taking care of other customers roofs due to the rainWell my gutters are rusted through and not functioning like they are supposed to so my wood along the drip line is getting saturated and rotting! It's clear my job is not worth it to them and they cannot be honest with me and they lie every time about going to call me and that they are going to come out and take care of my gutters I really wanted the decorative Legacy gutters I e-mailed both [redacted] and [redacted] with my dissatisfaction, dissapointment, piss poor service, their poor nonresponsive communication and to forget it as I'm going with someone else to get my gutters done So what do I get in a response? Sorry but might be better for you to go through Legacy directly to get them done and here's the # and the woman to speak with Are you serious? Pass me onto a third person now Poorest service ever I will never recommend these guys to anyone

These guys should not be allowed to own a business in colorado!!
They have rescheduled my jobs for weeks, they said due to weather, but we had no bad weather!! They lie and cheat on all invoices and when there's a repair they won't fix it!!
