the customer was shown the failure and verified the part was not allowing power to the a/c compressor and he agreed as he is self admitted knowledgeable in auto repair. he then he authorized repair we have no idea what he did to his vehicle after it left our store or any documents showing all repairs the a/c component is a very common common failure and was tested at the time it was in our store and the customer was shown the failure there are several a/c components that cause these issues if the customer felt our finding where not correct he did not inform us in any way this is the first contact out of him we would have been happy to show and test the part that was supposedly replaced we strive to make every customer happy and solve the automotive issue's 100% with pride and warranty our technicians are *** certified as well as the store manager is a master Ltechnician with years in *** repair as a technician also the customer is asking for a refund on the oil change as well as the a/c diagnoses. I understand it is frustrating any time any one experiences vehicle repair's and we are here to help and make our customer's 100% satisfied with any and all service's we offer here at meineke

Regards, There diagnostic was way off that was why I stopped the repair when I was advised that they were wrong and they were I had *** *** repair it and it was not any thing they said it was and that is my complaint because if I had let them continue the problem would NOT have been fixed and I would be out the labor and the new part and STILL would be paying to repair it so I feel because they completely missed the diagnostic estimate and there sign says AC specialist and they are not The mechanic did not have a answer I asked about the CPU port under the dash where EVERY mechanic knows well at least ones who are trainedall I lost was the $and I have a business and I can read a estimate so I'm going to pass this over to my lawyer and he will take care of it but I am not backing down on the complaint and I can guarantee that he will not be getting any business from *** *** where I work !I never expected them to be Honorable ! the customer was charged 173.58 total .  105.00 for the a/c check and the balance would have been for the oil change that he received that there is no dispute over! the estimate was for 1 hour labor and a module which  the customer authorized but while waiting for parts or any other...

diagnostic to  be performed the customer declined the repair paid for his oil change and a/c electrical check.  the only estimate in our records indicate 1 a/c part at 272.99 plus 105.00 in labor which sounds like the repair he had performed some where else! or did it his self ?    on electrical failures the normal diagnostic procedure and the customer was shown the failed part he also stated he was a technician  and just didn't feel like performing these repairs him self but after he was brought out to his vehicle and shown the direct cause of failure and at first agreed to pay the amount for repair. after the customer left about 2 hours later waiting for his new part to be delivered he declined repairs and paid the check out. we will be happy to go over these charges as there is no other charges to the customer. the customer was fairly charge agree and signed authorization on these repairs.

Regards,I am going to turn it over to a lawyer ! It is simple they were wrong on their diagnosis estimate not the price as they think I was upset over but that they were WRONG about the problem and are not honorable ! They charged me $105 to tell me that it was the ac module on the dash which was $280 and the labor was $600 and if I have had the work done the AC would NOT have worked ! I would have had to spend more to get it fixed. Is that clear enough for those is or do I need to have the DEALER SHIP mechanic teach their so called expert what he  didn't know ? The problem was the High pressure switch under the hood which was $25 and the clutch fan which is also under the hood was also not spinning properly so I had that re[redacted]d as well and still it was cheaper and CORRECT then the diagnosis Meineke gave me, they were not even close to what the problem was but I see that is how they do business by charging the customer a high price for parts so they can milk the customer and when they don't fix it they tell them something else is also wrong and that is a bad mechanic ,a bad business and they are going to loose there franchise license ! They can keep their business but Meineke is going to revoke their franchise because they are tired of all the complaints from this location!  so they might want to start thinking of a new name like Joe's shade tree fk ups ! I'm done with these pathetic crooks, I don't care if I get my money back I never thought I was any way but I am going to make their life uncomfortable !I can not stand [redacted] or [redacted] ! I live right around the corner in [redacted] and so far I know a few hundred people who also know what happened and I didn't have to say a thing as they already knew what kind of business they run over in that location so I was just the last straw and Meineke is not going to let some worthless pieces of st ruin their name ! God bless these fools ! And I Thank you at the Revdex.com for your quick response and it is sad you don't have some power of business like this or America would be a much better [redacted]. It is up to US American's who love this country to protect it from worthless individuals like these at that location! God Bless America!
