June 16, 2017Revdex.com (*** ***), ID#***,Per our conversation with *** *** on 6/13/(Melissa, our secretary), she called in to start trash removal service at her address of *** ** *** *** Bloomsburg PA ***. She inform us that we pick up her neighbor *** *** @ *** ** ***,
Bloomsburg PA ***Its a double home *** on Left side and *** on the right side (looking at the house from ** *** *** She informed us that her neighbor ***, and her are in a dispute about were *** is setting her trash out for pickup. We told ***, that we require months advance payment for us to start our trash service, and that we would have to check with the driver to see where he would like her to put her trash out, either in the alley ( if we can fit our trash truck through the alley), or on the side of the home where ***, puts her trash out, or if it would be best to put it out front. Our driver inform us that we need to have them both put it out front because he comes straight down that road. We called *** to let tell her that she will need to put her trash out front of her home and she said "it will be out in the alley and that is where your driver will pick up my trash" she the hung up on Patti, (our secretary). I the owner, then called *** back and left her a message, that we will be by Friday 16, to pick up her trash, but it would need to be out front, and that we will not be coming in to the alley to pick up her trash. I also asked her if she had any questions to please feel free to call me at the office and I would be more then happy to explain to her our reason for coming down in front of her home, instead of the alley. She never called me back on Thursday 15, 2017. Our driver whet to pick up her trash today and it wasn't out front, her neighbors ***'s trash and the other customers trash were all out front but not ***'s. When we came in to the office today, Friday morning, she left us a nasty message, "that we didn't pick up her trash and we need to come get it right now and its in the alley". She is very rude. Not once did she say anything about be unable to walk her trash out to the front of her home. We were there to pick up her trash, we did provide her with our service, the problem is that she didn't have it out at the correct location. The real problem for *** is that her and her neighbor have been in a dispute for a while and she is taking it out on the garbage man. She has been rude to both of my secretary, and she insisted that we need to do things her way. She signed up for a service and we did provide her with that service, she was informed, from the first phone call , that we would check with the driver and we would pick up the trash, where he felt, he was able to get the trash picked up safety.
