I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint We are rejecting because there is no real offer in consideration After the initial complaint to them, they offered to send us a gift card to dinner but did not offer any specifics Because it was so vague and they claim complete innocence in the matter we went to the Revdex.com They keep citing their "prepping" document but what they fail to realize is that kitchen counters and counter top appliances are not listed at all on this Also, if it was in their way, they could have mentioned when we did the walk through in the first morning before pairing They also broke their own contract in which they say the house owner shall be present at the end of the final painting for a walk through, but they did not call us until they had left our house So then we had to call back and complain because we had several streaks and misses They then said they would schedule to come back an additional day They are just very unprofessional and unwillingly to compromise I wrote them bad reviews mai ot for their professionalism which in their company's contract states what I said above They responded to you that their a small family-owned business but they are a more than a family run business The owner just doesn't want to see the flaws of his own company

client on June 28, and tried to offer a reasonable resolution to her claims; however, she did not respond to our offer and instead went on several websites to leave bad company reviewsAfter conducting interviews with our staff, we have come to the conclusion that we were not responsible for the damage to her Kitchen Aid Mixer as our crew made sure to use plastic and protective paper to cover the cabinets & countersIn addition, prior to the start of her project, the client was sent a ‘To Do List’ that helps ensure that all of the valuables and items that could potentially be damaged or in the way during a job are moved before we beginWe do not list every single item that needs to be moved because this guideline should assist the client in deducing what items should be moved as every home and room is different for each clientTo help resolve this matter we have done some research and found a company that can send a replacement Housing Unit for the mixer that we would be willing to pay forWe are not willing to pay for a replacement mixer or deduct $from the client’s bill because although the mixer was scratched, this does not affect the functionality of the applianceThe scratch is cosmetic and we have no way of knowing if it was there prior to our arrivalWhile we continue to work toward a resolution we would strongly urge the client to pay her final invoice of $as this matter does not have anything to do with the work that has been completed in her homeThis is a separate issue that will be dealt with accordinglyWe are a small, family run company that does our very best to respond to the needs of our clients We apologize if our responses were not within an acceptable timeline according to the client but we have several jobs that we are working on and many projects and clients that need our attention as well. A replacement housing unit would not work because the main part of the appliance is scuffed It is not a replaceable part I looks on Kitchenaid s replacement website

I do not have the receipt because it was a gift I do have warranty registration.  I can possibly get credit card statement from gift giver.  The mixer does work.
