I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me. I am responding to inform you that Mr. [redacted] from [redacted] Groundscare Specialties LLC did contact me shortly after I submitted...
my complaint ([redacted]). We were unable to reach one another at first and played phone tag leaving messages. However, in December we were able to make contact. Mr. [redacted] explained that his family encountered some medical challenges with his son in 2016 which caused him to neglect his job responsibilities. He apologized and proposed a 2 year agreement. He would provide the stated and intended services for the next two years. Please see attached agreement that was sent to me by Mr. [redacted]. This agreement is to begin in March of 2017. After speaking with Mr. [redacted] and having been a customer for over 10 years, I am optimistic that this proposal will be fulfilled. If not, I will inform the Revdex.com again.I commend and thank you for your help and efforts to resolve this situation.
