This customer had BGS install storm windows on 7/8/and more on 7/20/Now if the customer was unhappy with the windows they should have contacted BGS within the first year after the installBGS at this point could have went to the manufacture and resolved any issues he hadBGS does not
manufacture the windows, BGS only installs the productIt is extremely difficult for BGS to help the customer with issues 6-years after the product was installed and they are not happy with the productI would be more than happy to talk to this customer
