We have received GREAT customer service every time we have sent a vehicle to Dyer KiaWe really appreciate the fact that they keep good communication with us in regards to the status of our vehicle

Was contacted by a repfrom Dyer to come and look at their inventoryArrived @ 7pm, hr before closing, with the intention of getting general information on leasing a SorentoOnce we shown the leasing options, the sales rep wanted to speak w/finance rep (in back of course) and returned w/purchasing options/pricesWe said no thank you, we really want to look and decide on a leaseSales rep leaves again and returns w/finance rep this time, who hands us a piece of paper with writing on it and says "this is my, I wanna get home and see my kids price"Basically trying to close a "sale" and have us leaveWe were not there to purchase a vehicle nor were we there to finalize a leaseWe wanted to get the leasing options/info and leaveWe even apologized for coming in hour before they closedWe weren't price-haggling or playing games, just wanted a few minutes of their time to get informationInstead, we were re-routed into a purchasing price/scenario and insultedWill never step foot in Dyer Kia again

Last night (01/21/2016) my wife and I went to the dealership with a contest letter stating we had won something (granted it was a lottery ticket) and began to look at a few new vehicles The length of time spent in the dealership was approximately hours and we looked at only vehicles The sales person we worked with did everything in his power to to make sure the vehicles we looked at matched what I had requested as closely as possible and where within our requested payment range the final vehicle however was outside (high) of our payment range but was everything we were looking for unfortunately we were unable to test drive it as it was blocked in by other vehicles the sales staff and the managers were not pushy with either vehicle and when it was time to leave were not pushy about the fact we needed time to think The particular sales person we are still currently dealing with (as of 01/22/2016) has gone above and beyond in his research of the vehicle to answer the question from last night and disclose everything not mentioned that we did not think to ask as well as still not pushing us to a higher vehicle payment The factory rep has also been in contact with us to inquire about the quality of our service the previous night and to make sure sales staff were not pushy and we were being treated with respect Over all id say that even though there is still a chance I wont buy this vehicle the staff all around has been great and I would defiantly recommend this dealership whether you're looking for a new car or just looking and dreaming as everyone here will work to make sure you either walk out happy with your new car or walk out happy you were not pressured into buying a dream car but regretting the payments

I found a used car I was interested in on the lot of this dealer over the weekend when they were closed. I sent a message requesting to schedule a test drive. The internet sales person contacted me Monday and we arranged a test drive that evening. She contacted me a few more times that afternoon. On her last contact I told her I was on my way and would be there in 30 min which she responded "See you soon." I was expecting the vehicle to be ready to test drive when I arrived but it wasn't. I asked for the internet sales person by name but taken to a cubicle by a sales person who met me at the door. I waited for about 10 min when they both came back apologizing for the wait stating the delay was due to them checking to make sure there were not any "issues". Then the lower level sales person asked me to wait again while she went and got the keys and the internet sales person left. She located them with a third sales person who had them with another customer. The sales person who was with kept talking about how "popular" the vehicle was and tried to get me to engage in a contest with the other buyers. I declined indicating I was not going to enter a contest for the van and stated they could call me if the other buyer chose not to purchase the vehicle.

It's situations like this that give car dealers in general a bad reputation. From the timing of events the other buyers were already engaged in buying the vehicle on the internet sales person's last contact to me. If she didn't know it, she should have. Regardless, we had coordinated a test drive for the vehicle and the sales person I was initially working with should have been ready when I arrived. Instead they placed me in a cubicle, made me wait, handed me down to a lower level sales person and tried to get me to compete for the vehicle.

I didn't expect the dealer to hold the vehicle for me even though we scheduled a test drive. However I also didn't expect to be baited into the dealer. When I started to leave once I became aware of the situation the lower level sales person tried to sell me other vehicles which was additionally irritating.
