Review: Mr. [redacted] was contracted to seal coat (tar) our driveway. When the job was done we noticed that there was tar on our garage door, siding and trim around the garage. We called Mr. [redacted] to come look at the damage. Mr. [redacted] contacted the workers that did the job. They concluded that the tar got on the garage door, etc. was not due to anything they did. He said it must have been crickets that jumped in the tar and then jump up on the garage door, etc. We found no dead, tarred crickets anywhere. Mr. [redacted] does not want to take ownership of the damaged caused because it will be expensive.Desired Settlement: Wood trim around the garage needs to have tar removed and repainted. The siding needs to be replaced with new matching siding.If the garage door cannot be cleaned without destroying it, then it too needs to be repainted or replaced.
