The fact is the secondary lock on the window actually was not broken, and actually works quite fineIf that lock was set and entry was made at that window that secondary lock should have been broke into pieces but it was not, nor was there anything on the other side of that window disturbedThe police made a comment to me that the front door probably wasn't locked and that they probably made entry through the front doorI invite anyone from the Revdex.com or from Evans Termite Company to come over and look at that secondary lock and you can see there is no damage done to itAgain my stance on this is that Evans Termite Service did not secure my property while it was in their possession

Review: [redacted] Evans Termite Control did not properly secure my house when tenting for termites and while it was being tented my house was burglarized. The thieves entered through a bedroom window that the exterminators left open. They said they had locked the window with it open and that the thieves had broken the lock but the window lock was not broken. My firm belief is that the exterminators had not properly secured the window that the thieves had entered through.Desired Settlement: Evans Termite Control should bear financial responsibility for the loss of all property taken.
