Please add your rejection comments below. I am not any happy with the quality of this expensive bike. All that I want is my money back, I am requesting this from many months ago and now they say that that's not their policy. They have told me all the time that they were making all the approval process for the refund and that they were going to have a meeting to discuss my case but I never got an answer. Please help me with this because it is not good for the consumers to have such a brand with that service.
