At this time, I have been contacted directly by Evelina Collagen Serum regarding complaint ID [redacted] , however my complaint has NOT been resolved because: I have not been contacted by Evelina since I filed the complaintOn my initial complaint call to Evelina, they offered to refund me 50% or about $from the automatic charge transactionI was not satisfied with only a 50% refund of a charge that I did not clearly realize I was going to be charged in the first placeWQhen I called again and spoke to another gentleman, he said that if I had not accepted the 50% refund, he might have been able to get me a greater refund but now there was nothing he could do.I have accepted and received the 50% refund but I do not condone the method of doing business by Evelina In order for the Revdex.com to appropriately process your response, you MUST answer the question above Sincerely, [redacted]

At this time, I have been contacted directly by Evelina Collagen Serum regarding complaint ID [redacted], however my complaint has NOT been resolved because:
I have not been contacted by Evelina since I filed the complaint. On my initial complaint call to Evelina, they offered to refund me...
50% or about $100 from the automatic charge transaction. I was not satisfied with only a 50% refund of a charge that I did not clearly realize I was going to be charged in the first place. WQhen I called again and spoke to another gentleman, he said that if I had not accepted the 50% refund, he might have been able to get me a greater refund but now there was nothing he could do.I have accepted and received the 50% refund but I do not condone the method of doing business by Evelina.
