Please consider reopening this case I have not received a check Evelina Skin was supposed to send several weeks ago I did not realize I was indicating my acceptance of the request and concluding it I thought I was simply accepting the terms of the request I would be so happy to get this matter settled and be able to accept it fully I have so many phone calls documented, names of people, as well as emails, all requesting I wait another days, finally days---and it still isn't happening!!! Incidentally, they do have the correct address on file, so that is no excuseThank you so much for reconsidering this complaint

Per system records the complainant did agree to that product when the order was originally placed on August 7, The complainant did have the option of not ordering the second product by clicking the button "no thank you"We have not received any returned products from the complainant so we were not able to issue any refundsAs a courtesy, the refund of $and $has been issued back to the complainant in good faith that both products will be confirmed returned back to usPlease allow 7-business days for that refund to reflect and the return address is below [redacted] [redacted] [redacted]

Unfortunately, our Trial program does not work like thatAs agreed to by the Terms and Conditions of the original order, we send the customer a Day supply of product for the price of shipping as part of a Day Trial, which begins the date of the orderThe customer has Days from the date of the order to try the product and decide if they would like to continue receiving it on a monthly basisIf they decide that they do not wish to receive the product on a monthly basis, all they need to do is call or email our Customer Care center and we are happy to cancel their Trial for themHowever, if we do not receive a cancellation request in the Day time frame, we charge the customer the full price for the product that they orderedA cancellation request was sent in to us twice on 9.16.2016, both of which we responded to educated the customer about our Terms and ConditionsAs a courtesy, we will refund the $back to the customer's account, however we do request that the customer return the product, as we do not send samples, we send a day supply on a trial period to build awareness of our products and servicesWe ask that the customer return the product to the following address:Evelina Returns [redacted]

The refund has been issued and we are not responsible if someone does not read the terms and conditionsThey are acknowledged and agreed to when the order is confirmed

In regards to the complaint that was received and the complainant [redacted] , our position on the matter is below for your review. As agreed to by the Terms and Conditions of the original order, we send you a 30-Day supply of product for the price of shipping as part of a 14 Day Trial, which... begins the date of the order. You have 14 Days from the date of the order to try the product and decide if you would like to continue receiving it monthly. If you decide that you do not wish to receive the product monthly, all you need to do is call or email our Customer Care center and we are happy to cancel your Trial for you. However, we did not receive a cancellation request in the 14 Day time frame, so we charged the full price for the product that was ordered. Per system records, the customer had already agreed to a partial refund of $58.46 and $57.46 as of 3/29/2017 to keep the products for $39.95 each. Due to this agreement, we are unable to apply any additional refunds to the account. Please be advised that while refunds typically take 5-10 business days to process, I have seen it take up to 30 days. If you still have not received your refund by this point in time, please contact your financial institution for alternative methods of obtaining a refund.
