I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# ***, and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because:It took SEVEN business days for the company to respond after given the order number and situation about a double charge I called and no response by phone So I wrote an email same day of ordering and noticing the double charge aug *** would HAVE RESPONDED and cancelled anything if there was a double charge I this company didn't fully respond asked my order number but never cancelled or looked into the problem then on the seventh business day respond its already shipped I asked for a return label as I don't want anything twice wtf am I gonna do with concealer sticks At this point it's the principle I guarantee the Revdex.com if u called there's no response or ability to leave a message to for their customer service I've attached screen shots of the one sentence responses and no types of real resolution or urgency in the matter

Customer Service contacted the customer on 9/**/and offered a full refund in the amount of $The customer accepted and the refund was processed

We researched customer’s order on 3/** and found out that *** had returned the package to our Distribution Center on 3/*where it was received on 3/**. New order was shipped on 3/** via *** Priority Overnight and signed for at customer’s address on 3/**/17. Thank you

Customer contacted the Revdex.com over delivery issues with an order placed on our website in July. Order was placed on Saturday, July *, processed and shipped on Wednesday July *. While Express and Expedited service options are available at checkout, customer selected [redacted]. Tracking...

information from both [redacted] and [redacted] indicate that her package was delivered on Tuesday, July **. We try our best to process orders as fast as we can but dealing with 2 carriers for [redacted] ([redacted] and [redacted]) can sometimes create minor delays, beyond our control. We are happy that she was able to receive her order in a timely fashion.
