This is the worst place for outside communication with your physician I have ever experiencedEvery time I need to cancel my appointment I have to drive miles to cancel in person because no one will return my callAnd the staff at the front desk are very rude, especially on 12-30-when the staff member told me " you will pay dollars if you want to pick up your script"I will NEVER darken their doorstep againI also had to pay $dollars for a letter to my employer updating them on my conditionMy next step is to converse with the medical board

I would like to point out that the Evelyn Frye Center's creed lacks in the area of Billing and PaymentsThis is a business where others rely on professionals to be just that, and not talked down to or belittled as I experiencedAfter listening to several stories from one particular lady in the above office, I found it hard to believe, that I nor insurance was responsible for a bill that had not been paidIt should be noted the bill was from 10/15, 11/and 12/15, which had been discussed previously or shall I say last year had been taken care ofI was informed coinsurance was the responsibility of the clientNo deductible or coinsurance is a part of my insurance I recently spoke with another lady and shared my concerns, at which point she was unclear of why the bill had been submitted for what had been assumed for the second time or moreBe proactive and do your homework, call the insurance company, save all accounts paid etcthis will save you the headache of a poorly ran businessBeing badgered talked down to and belittled was not what I had expected! The phone system lacks in what is in the best interest of clientsShould one try and reach the business office forget it, there is no number on the answering machine to reach themThe automated system states someone will reach you within hrsThis does not take place! Poorly ran center, not to mention unprofessional and rude! I will say should you need to talk with someone about personal issues, I do highly recommend MsMary HShe is one who looks out for the best interest of her clients! Thank you for all the help you have providedI am still waiting on a call from the owner Dr F*, but have heard nothing at this point

The Evelyn Frye Center used to be great, in fact when my insurance changed and it wasn't still covered, I chose to keep my appointments with them But now they have a new phone system and you cannot talk to a person They say they will return calls, but I have had to call numerous times to set up appointments My pharmacy has placed numerous calls to get information about refills and calls were not returned I have gone without medicine for depression because I could get no one to answer or return my calls Very poor customer service

And the staff at the front desk are very rude, especially on 12-30-2016 when the staff member told me " you will pay 30 dollars if you want to pick up your script". I will NEVER darken their doorstep again. I also had to pay $25 dollars for a letter to my employer updating them on my condition. My next step is to converse with the medical board.
