I DO NOT accept the business's offer to resolve this complaint, but am responding with requested information.My uncle's name is [redacted]Address is [redacted] PA 15067I do not have the cr with me at this time, but the above information should be sufficient to identify it.  If not, please advise.Also, I am now aware that my cousin has contacted the company directly about this matter.

Per her request, we shipped her the Age Spot & Skin Brightening Cream on or about May 27, 2016, along with an invoice for the Cream. advised that we received a Registered Free Trial Certificate from Ms.
[redacted] for our Arthritis Pain Relief Cream on or about February 11, 2015.
Our “No Obligation To Buy”, which is on the Certificate, explained that if Ms. [redacted]
decided to keep the Cream, she would qualify for our Smart Ship Service where
she would conveniently receive a fresh supply of the Cream every other month.
We shipped and invoiced Ms. [redacted] for the Arthritis Pain Relief Cream on
or about February 25, 2015, and received Ms. [redacted]’s payment on or about June
17, 2015.Since that time,
we shipped a second shipment of the Arthritis Pain Relief Cream to Ms.
[redacted] on or about June 26, 2015, and included an invoice along with it.
Ms. [redacted] states that she returned this shipment (although we never
received it back), and this shipment is the subject of her complaint.Customer satisfaction is our number one goal. So upon
receipt of Ms. [redacted]’s complaint, we cleared her account so it now show a
$0 balance, removed her name and address from our mailing list, and flagged Ms.
