I attended a wedding event 10/9/that Evenda Events provided the food at the [redacted] Center in Bolingbrook,IL The first course served was salad within 10-minutes later we received baked chicken which was hot and goodFrom there on everything was down hill from there about minutes later we receive mostaccioli which was cold they also brought out two container's of different melted cheese and mashed potato's also fresh dinner roll'sWe never got the broccoli which was to be for the cheeseAbout minutes later we were served the jerk chicken with only pieces of chicken on itThey didn't seem to have enough server's for the amount of people thereAt one point the people in the wedding party were going into the kitchen serving guest who hadn't been served along with the people with the caterer's that were trying to serveNot very well organized for sure

I was apart of a wedding party that Evenda Events serviced on October 11, and I will not recommend their services to anyoneThey were late setting up and it seems as if they were short staffedThey didn't have any of the tables ready when the guests arrivedThey didn't bring out all the food, some tables never received their side dishesThe food that they actually brought out was cold! The only good thing was the seasoning on the chicken

I was invited to a wedding 10/11/and the food was catered by Evenda Events I must say the catered food that I received on my plate was tasty, howeverI only received part of the menu served, more than two side dishes was served cold, the service was horrifically slow putting the food out to the tables, drinks and water The Bride maids had to help serve food to the tables so people can eat!!!

I was invited to a wedding reception on 10/11/at the Joseph & Sarah Senior Center in Bolingbrook, ILFrom my understanding the food was suppose to had been served at PM shapeWe did not receive water until 745PM the bad part about this is that the wedding party had to bring us the water because the company that catered the reception did not have enough help on the floor, if I'm not mistaken I only saw maybe or servers for a party of about It gets worse they brought out salads for everyone and the lettuce was brown and warm nothing crisps about itFinally they brought the main course, the chicken was cold and was not cooked enough there was blood running out of it so I did not eat that Than they brought out a different kind of chicken which was somewhat tasteful but coldThe sides were broccoli and cheese which was cold and the cheese was not melted very goodNot to mention that the wedding party had to help with the serving of the main course Over all I would not recommend EVENDA EVENTS to anyoneI think they took on more than they thought they could for a party that sizeI feel so sorry the Mrand Mrs [redacted] what was suppose to had been a beautiful memorable day end up being a disaster

The place was not put together from table decorations to not having enough servers for foodMyself and other members of the party had to immediately assist the staff to get things half way decent in order for guest to come inThen when dinner was served there were not enough servers for the wedding guestGuest waited 45min to an 1hour to get dishesSome tables never received certain dishes, and tables were clustered with left over plates and glassesThe event coordinator seemed confused and overwhelmed with her own taskShe was unable to direct her staff or others that were trying to help from the wedding partyThe staff was not prepared, and not properly staffWhich left the wedding being thrown together carelesslyI would never recommend this company to anyone

From there on everything was down hill from there about 10 minutes later we receive mostaccioli which was cold they also brought out two container's of different melted cheese and mashed potato's also fresh dinner roll's. They didn't seem to have enough server's for the amount of people there. At one point the people in the wedding party were going into the kitchen serving guest who hadn't been served along with the people with the caterer's that were trying to serve. Not very well organized for sure.

Which left the wedding being thrown together carelessly. I would never recommend this company to anyone.

I was at the [redacted] wedding on 10/11/15 . The dinner portion of the event was horrible. Dinner was served cold and not in a timely fashion . When the salad finally came to our table one of our guest could not even eat it , due to the fact that it was more brown then green. We were suppose to have 2 chicken meats and only received one. Our food was cold and the bridle party had to pitch in to serve. It was a large party and I only seen 4 servers total.

I attended the wedding of my cousin on October 11, 2015 in Joliet Il. Evenda was in charge of the event (reception) and the set-up, the food, the service and all was absolutely wonderful and beautifully done! Very professional and organized. Food was great as well! If I lived closer I would use this establishment myself.

The facility was beautiful, nicely decorated with décor. However, the food was another issue. It took quite a while to get food on the table, never knew what the complete meal was other than the menu on the table. We received salad and bread, and it was downhill afterwards. We received a plate of chicken with six pieces and eight guests. Then we received cheese that was not hot, and lasagna in the same condition. We never received the full menu items. After waiting quite a lengthy amount of time we decided it was time to go since we had to leave hungry. It was not a night to remember for such a special occasion.
