In Early 2017 we had a *** water heater installed and it has caused nothing but issues. We have had the plumber come out to "fix" it multiple times but every time it is still not working properly. We are now left with water that will not get hot and have called numerous times asking to please replace but they will not answer and help us have hot water again. I explained that the unit is defective and they kept trying to fix it and it never helped. Its been 3 weeks of texting and calling asking to help us repair our issues and they are ignoring us, very frustrating.
I wish I had researched the plumber more before I went with them but the reviews online looked good but the website is fake and I should have investigated.

Refund I would like a full refund on services so I can move on and find a new plumber that can give me the service I need. Just asking for hot water here people.
