The Customer bought a voucher for this item at LivingSocial and redeem that Voucher to get the itemWe have advised Customer to contact LivingSocial for refund where the Customer bought and paid for the VoucherWe have not charged anything, Customer total was $for the OrderWe don't even
have any payment info for the Customer as total was $ (We can't refund anything which we didn't charge)Also, we can confirm to the fact the images for our products are for exact item and Description is 100% accurateand have hundreds of great reviews including the the item in question here...Please advise the Customer to contact LivingSocial support to get refund: ###-###-####
