In regards to this customer’s complaint, Sandbar Mexican Grill would like to apologize for any disrespect the customer may have received during his/her visitSandbar Mexican Grill abides by all State Liquor Laws and must follow certain securities to properly identify patrons and the legitimacy of
the identification presentedSandbar utilizes an ID scanner and may ask identifying questions as protocol to determine authenticitySandbar trains its’ staff to be welcoming and considerate to all guests that visit our locations; while we cannot identify the security staff member that handled the patrons’ ID during the time of his/her visit, we apologize for the presented behavior of this employeeWe take all complaints seriously and will address this complaint with all staff members

We always appreciate customer feedback and would like to address some of theissues you have stated in your complaint. The first complaint is that all three of the venues, [redacted], [redacted] and The [redacted] have seemed to conspired...

against you to make sureyou don’t get the service you deserve. I can assure you each of these venues are run separately by different General Managers so each venue uses its solediscretion on whether a patron is to enter the premise and stay on premise. As you know, each location deals with a diverse and large number of patrons on anightly basis and management for each location needs to make on the spot decisions to make sure the safety of our customers and the venue are intact.  Our overall goal is to have a fun andsafe environment for our customers to enjoy and we rely heavily on its management and staff to make sure that happens. Complaint: “I got kicked out permanently from [redacted] for what reason? I would like to know. I don't drink or do drugs but I stillgot kicked out.” Unless I have a time and date, I cannot tell you why you got kicked out of [redacted]. If you can provide a time and date, I can verify onour cameras what had taken place and let you know.   However, I fully trust my management staff to makethose decisions on a case-by-case basis. Complaint: “I was kicked out of [redacted] because they wererude in answer customer service questions so I replied in kind.” I’m not quite sure what “So I replied in kind” means however, our [redacted] General Managerhas worked within this company for more than 7 years. He has had plenty of experience dealing with customer service complaints regarding ourestablishments. I am sorry you thought the answers to your customer service questionswere rude, however, I assure you, that was not his intention.  The foundation of our successfulbusiness model is based on good customer service to create a fun environment.Our great customer service has had our clients coming back week after week,year after year. Complaint: “I was promised a free bottle at [redacted] but ofcourse, they don't come through. You can talk to [redacted] from [redacted], he is"very" intelligent.” We do not provide free bottles to our clients. Although I do not need to respond to you regarding [redacted], hehas successfully run a business and is leading a thriving staff of about 40 for2.5 years. Complaint: “Maybe [redacted] can also explain why they create a dangerous environment inside the club filled with cocaine and shootoutsoutside the club. How are you going have security just let people do lines of cocaine in the bathroom withoutsaying a word?” The [redacted] has a strict No-Drug policy in effect, that is a completely false statement. We make sure to employ an abundance of staff thatpatrols every inch of our venue to enforce all of our venue policies during business hours. As for the shootout you are referring too, that took place duringnon-business hours so there were no customers in harms way except for the parties that where involved in the altercation. Unfortunately, things happenthat are outside of our control but rest assured we have properly educated our management and staff with [redacted] Police Department to handle various situations. When needed, we also hire off-duty [redacted] PD and off-duty Sherriff officers to help with safety on a regular basis.   Desired Settlement: "Maybe they will start treating me with the proper respect I deserve. And if[redacted] and [redacted] will bring in rappers that are horrible and can't even dotheir own songs, maybe they will look around the area and see if anyone hastalent. And I am not going to be treated as a second class citizen, if femalesget certain treatment then I expect the same. If they get taken out of thenormal line because they are attractive, then I want the same treatment."I have reviewed your desired settlement. Thank you for the constructive criticism; however, since it is OUR business we can and will bringin any act we choose to without requiring consent from you.  If you do not like the performers we choose to bring, please feel free not to attend.  We book talent based on demand, but we encourage you to spend your own money and resources to book talent that you will enjoy. We welcome allhealthy competition.  Please remember we have the right to refuse service to anyone we feel will disturb our normal business flow. I don't drink or do drugs but I still got kicked out. I was kicked out of [redacted] because they were rude in answer customer service questions so I replied in kind. I was promised a free bottle at [redacted] but of course, they don't come through. You can talk to [redacted] from [redacted], he is "very" intelligent.

Maybe [redacted] can also explain why they create a dangerous environment inside the club filled with cocaine and shootouts outside the club. How are you going have security just let people do lines of cocaine in the bathroom without saying a word? Really? And I get kicked out?
