treatment and THAT AFTERCARE is very important. At the time of this appointment he was also offered a tattoo cover up as an option, he was given an opportunity to review all the information in order to make an informed decision..he was given ointment bandages and detailed aftercare
instructions ... he has stated that [redacted] was not trained ..she was formally trained in texas at her own cost..enclosed or her completetion certificates I am enclosing the waiver he signed...I do not know how attentive he was to the aftercare instructions...I dont know if he went to a chlorinated swimming pool or a bromine ..hot tub" I dont know if he over exsposed it to the sun ....only [redacted] can answer those questions..he says it took 6months to heal and l lmonths to bring it to our attention..i
dont know why he would wait so long to call attention to it or even a phone call asking for some advice on how to proceed....I do know he is after some sort of pay out I have enclosed his message to my website... My aftercare was done as requested. nWhen I showed up for a re-evaluation after several months she looked at the tattoo and said "I have never seen it blister so much." I have had it reviewed by both a doctor and PROFESSIONAL laser clinic and both aggree, this was not a case of lack of aftercare. The idea that you could blame a mistake like this on the client is shameful.. i'm not looking for a pay out, i'm asking for you to at least split the bill for my scar treatment, which is not unfair, I shouldn't have to fix this mistake to begin with.
This was clearly a case of misuse of the laser removal device.
I do not want cash, I want to bring stubs from my recovery sessions and have them payed for at least in half.
