Mrs*** ordered prints from her daughters' weddingShe thought that they were too dark so
we reordered them at no chargeWe tried contacting Mrs*** on multiple occasions to find out exactly how big she wanted the enlargement to beOur calls were not answered and we were not able to leave a message
We then received her email address from her daughterWe sent her an email to find out exactly what size she wanted and to let her know that we would include it in our next order to the labThe print arrived here today and Mrs*** has been contacted with the total amount owed and just waiting hear back from her when she can pick it up as we are only open by appointment
