February **, 2018 I had bought two tickets to their event called Taco Booze cruise that was to depart in May, 2018. Once May got closer, I got an email from empire events saying it was to be rescheduled to September **, 2018. I no longer have the time off to attend this event so I contacted a third party link they sent that I could a refund from. After speaking to 3 different parties and been given the run around saying I had to contact the organization. I contacted them, their home hub, everything, no one will just give me my refund. I have emails from everyone I spoke with and I can not get a straight answer. I found out Empire Events was no longer a parner with one of the people I called for my refund. When I went to my bank earlier this week, they said it was too far back to get my bank to issue a dispute even though I did not know it would be this difficult. My bank referred me to you guys to help me. I made two separate transactions to this company 1: order # [redacted]

Review: Event empire did my wearing and half way threw the event there music cut out for a good 5-6 minutes and also we did our photo threw them and in the contract it said we get 3 printed out pictures we have reached out to him via call text and email we got a few responses at first with a date that we will have the printed picturs by well that date has past by over a month. And no response from him since then he also forgot our photo montage at the event and he refunded us 50.00 the problem is wwe want what is ours from our day and we are not getting it I even told him I will be calling the Revdex.com and he still has not respondedDesired Settlement: I would like our printed picturs and some sort of refund for the music cutting out during our even and the rudeness he has Ben to us since the event a
