I JBP as my travel agent after speaking with Joy and getting some details about her business. This is my first trip anywhere basically and first international trip. I gave Joy details of what I wanted and my destination and she has done an excellent job of getting my air travel and my accommodations in the Philippines handled. Joy was very good at taking all my info on my trip and getting it planned, she was very thorough with any and all details and all transactions she confirmed with me first. I found out some of my flights in the Philippines had been rerouted and I immediately got in touch with her and she redid the flights for me. Joy has been helpful in letting me know of luggage weight limits on particular flights. She has been happy to answer any questions I have and I have others to ask before my actual trip, being a first time traveler Joy has been great to offer advice that I have asked of her. My trip is in a couple months and everything has been planned and paid for in advance. Joy, herself as an international traveler has been very helpful in all matters of planning and information I need for my trip.
