We have received this clients issue and they have declined our attempts to assist themIn the several years we've produced shows this is our first Revdex.com complaint and dealing with a client unwilling to work with us to resolveWe were unable to respond to their first email right away because it was sent while our office was closedIn our reply we advised them of such and all other responses were sent to them promptly, which is not acknowledged in the clients complaint.Sorry to hear they did not make the sales they anticipatedHowever, show management does not make such guarantees for several reasonsWhether there are thousands or hundreds of attendees it is not certain it will automatically mean attendees will purchase the clients products.We have been producing for several years and host 13+ events a yearTherefore in our experience there is no guarantee of expected attendanceIn efforts to be straight forward and honest with our clients it is outlined in the contract the client signed that Event Show Pro does not provide partial or full refundsPer Section 19: Show Management does not guarantee specific volumes or levels of attendance at the EventExhibitor shall not be entitled to any refund, in full or in part, of any amounts paid based on actual attendance level.Therefore if the client was uncomfortable taking that risk, they could have not registered for the showHowever even still as a one time courtesy, we offered the client a discounted rate off a future show, which the client declinedWe do offer what is considered reasonable that would be offered other vendorsThere were several other vendors that participated, many are returning vendorsIt would be unfair to offer one client something we do not offer all our loyal clients.The service paid was provided to the client in fullThe rate paid guaranteed the items the client received which is the space, table linen, and chairsWe understand in the event industry we can not please every client, but we try and are sincere in our effortsOur events are not perfect, but we do provide services as paid for, prior disclosures in advance, and overall our shows have been very successful therefore why we have been in business for so long
