Review: The representative from the hotel's sales department provided information and terms for accomodations in a business email response that were inconsistent with the terms advertised on the hotel's website. She stated that a particular suite had a maximum occupancy of 2 persons when the website clearly indicates the maximum number of overnight guest for that suite is 5 persons. She also mentioned in the email that if more than 2 persons were found in the suite after the contract was signed that everyone would be asked to leave the premises. The suite mentioned has two or three bedrooms depending on the number of guests accomodated. This seems to have been an attempt to discourage me from making a reservation. I feel there has been some form of discrimination here displayed by both the sales manager, [redacted] and general manager, [redacted]. After conatcting them both by e-mail regarding the sales department providing false information about the accomodation, I haven't heard back from anyone.

I have all e-mail corrsepondence between the Eventi hotel staff and myself to corroborate my claim.Desired Settlement: After receiving no response and no valid reason for why I could not make this reservation, I believe I am due some form of complimentary service. I also believe that I am owed an apology as the sales representative stated I referenced having an engagement that would violate one of the hotel's policies after I explained her more than once that I was not. I would also like to see in writing from a previous contract for the suite I requested where it states that the maximum occupancy is 2 persons. If they cannot provide this, there is reason to believe that some kind or prejudice against me has taken place and that an attempt to change the terms at the last minute was made to discourage me from making a reservation.

After reading you complaint thoroughly and reviewing all the information in emails and written statements from the team in regards to a phone conversation that you had with a member of the sales team, it seems there is a miscommunication in the number of guests that the suite can occupy. The Living Room of Live Suite can comfortably sleep two but the room can be further opened to connect to other bedrooms to increase the occupancy of the room. We do indeed have a strict no party policy in the hotel unless we are catering and managing an event in one of these Speciality Suites.

If in future you would like to reconsider staying at the Eventi I would be more than happy to assist you personally with a booking and if necessary the catering of a party in the space.
