Complaint: [redacted]I am rejecting this response because:
Mr. A[redacted] claims he saw us in our yard on the day of the tree cutting. He may of seen us, however we did not see him. If he saw us why did he not approach us to get confirmation? We left the house in the morning before the cutting began and did not return home until late that evening. Mr. A[redacted] claims we did not contact him until 3 days afterward. It was actually 4 days. We discovered what had happened on the following evening. Since it was after 5:00 pm, we did not contact the sheriff's office until the following day. It was the sheriff officer who asked if a company cut down the trees and implied the company could be at fault. That was a Saturday. Therefore we did not contact an attorney until the following Monday. The attorney confirmed that Mr. A[redacted] was indeed responsible since he did not obtain consent. My wife did not contact Mr. A[redacted] until she had confirmation from the attorney that he was indeed responsible. We have been advised to request that Mr. A[redacted] make reasonable restitution before filling a law suit. We have done that and Mr. A[redacted] has decided not to communicate with us as he as stated in his response to Revdex.com even though he's business licensed and bonded. Mr. A[redacted] states he knew he was cutting trees down on property that was not owned by the person telling him it to cut them down. He states he has obtained consent in this situation in the past before. If he knew that was the appropriate action to take, why did he not obtain consent from us? My wife's original complaint was, Mr. A[redacted] did not obtain permission which per our attorney has placed his business at fault. By his own admission he is not trying to work with us to resolve this problem. All of these are inappropriate business dealings. We are not sure why Mr. A[redacted] is listening to [redacted] attorney, as our complaint is not with [redacted] but with Mr. A[redacted]. If Mr. A[redacted] remains unwilling to resolve this problem, our lawsuit will be with him not [redacted]. It is evident from Mr. A[redacted] response that he did not do his due diligence before cutting down multiple trees. Our complaint against this business stands - he did not obtain consent and he is unwilling to work with us to resolve this situation. Sincerely,[redacted]
