Review: I had my wedding reception here at [redacted] I paid $5,500 in advance to make sure their were no problems of anykind. I was assigned a coordinator that works for the hall. She was very understand and very helpful at first. She assured me she would be present the day of the wedding to make sure that everything would run smoothly so the we, the bride and groom , wouldnt have any worried on out special day. We talked almost every day the week of the wedding making sure everything was settled. I even received a call from the chef to make sure we were all on the same page. I felt very comfortable with these people since they seemed to be on top of what needed to be done. The day of the wedding the coordinator is no where to be found. My sister and I were helping guest to their seats. Guest were helping guest. Some guest never recieved food. Me and my husband didnt not recieve our meal complete meal. The dj spoke not one bit of english. A very disrespectful bartender. The waiters/waitresses argued with about food. The bathrooms had no paper towels to dry your hands or even a trashcan. We were promised a cool environment with a/c, it was about 90 inside the hall. I contacted the coordinator during the event via text message letting her know it was a disaster. She had mention another coordinator was present but no one spoke or took charge of anything even when we asked. I call her I got no answer and she did not returned my call. We ask for help we got lots of "yes of course we can do that" but no actions. No one willing to help! Throughout the eveing guest mentioned worker were taking food and full bottles of liquor (that we peronally provided for out guest) out the back door of the hall. They completely misleaded me in thinking everything would be under control. I have NEVER been contacted by the cordinator or any person in charge for any apoligies or even a returned phone call to dicuss what happened. The day that was suppose to be a wonderful,joyous evening was a complete NIGHTMARE !!!Desired Settlement: $3,000 For the service I was promised and did not in any way, shape or form receive. Ideas that were taken(sodas, liquor bottles, pizza,cups, napkins etc...)
