they owe me for days of work starting Mayand I keep getting every excuse in the book why I am not getting paid while everyone else didThey either don't want to pay me or stretching the time to collect the interestI reported them to Revdex.com, unfortunately they can not force EPS to pay me and suggested I contact Department of Labor, which is my next stepIt's nothing, but STEALING, making people work for FREEI hope as many as possible read these reviewsI worked with many such companies, never experience that type of treatment and complete disregard of my messages or just trying to brush me off, but saying that they will pay , but not saying When??? It's been almost months!

I registered and submitted pieces of information on or to this company's talent portal website in order to be able to work for them and the documents were submitted successfully as I was able to be booked for events. I worked events for this company in June and after I completed work for them, I was told I would receive payment in 35-41 days but this information wasn't disclosed at all before I started any work. Also after I had completed work for them, they kept sending emails saying my paperwork was incomplete and therefore wouldn't be able to pay me.
The information I submitted to them was an id that I obtained from a help agency and a social security card and as I stated before, those items were submitted and obviously were accepted or else, I wouldn't have been able to been booked for any events at all. The id had some wear and tear and sustained some previous water damage which somewhat smeared some of its ink but nonetheless as stated it was still accepted to where I was able to still be booked for events.
I have all communications by email from this company as well as all paperwork such as timesheets of hours and days worked with dates, receipts for materials bought for the events worked, etc to support my claims against this company for their continued refusal to pay me.
Also, when I've tried to communicate with them by email, it takes about an irregular amount of time for me to hear anything back from them for example, if I contacted them on a Monday, it takes up to a Sunday to hear anything from them. Basically any communication from this company is poor and unsatisfactory. In addition, any form of communication from them is or has been confusing as far as from different people.
Basically, this company has been and displayed a deceptive practice or practices as far as not disclosing payment information as far as the 35-41 day time frame, the proper identification, etc before any work was ever to be done at all which would've help prevented the current issues I have with them and they waited way after I finished work with them to state the aforementioned information. Their lack of communication and timeframe to respond back to any communication is unreasonably poor and any communication from different people in their company is confusing and not entirely similar in nature.
Not disclosing all information such as timeframe for any payments from them and other information should've been priority info told to me before work of any nature was even started was hidden and the fact that the information I did submit in order to register with them in the first place was submitted successfully from their website and obviously was accepted as I was able to be booked for events and this company continued to insult my intelligence about this over and over again which wasn't fair.
Overall, I would recommend not working for this company at all due to their deceptive practices, lack of and poor communication, etc.

I worked an event for this company in February 2014, it is now June 24, 2014 and I still have not received my payment. They sent it to the wrong address, then I received a check. When I went to cash it, it bounced. Then they said they would direct deposited, when I asked about the direct deposit not being there, they said they issued a check and I should receive it (29 days after they reissued it) they told me to wait the full month. I still have not been payed.
