Review: It's been over 5 months and we have not received our final products. We have no idea what's happening with the video -when we ask them for a response, we either don't get a response or if they respond, it never addresses the question we have. Consistently, everytime I ask for the status, we get excuse after excuse. They try to impress you in the beginning (and make promises that they can't keep) but the quality of their work really lacks. They are over-priced; not qualified for the work they say that they can deliver and besides that they can't keep to timelines for product delivery and don't reply to phone calls or email - and if they respond it's always wishy washy - they make too many excuses and schedule appointments but then they fail to show up. They were late by 1 hour to one of our first wedding events (I had to call [redacted] ([redacted]) but he was busy with his girlfriend who he decided to bring to our destination wedding - he told us he was bringing 2 co-workers - she did nothing and is in some of my pictures) and then left 3 hours early - and most importantly he left without letting me or my husband know that they were leaving - and they missed to take pictures/video of some of our most memorable moments that night. Regarding their products - we only received the proofs and their quality is very basic, not creative and blurry in some pictures. We sent them our picture selection for the album and they didn't open our email for over 1 month - then they asked us to provide them with a reduced list but never clarified that in any of their emails - they are such poor communicators and have terrible customer service. Basically all of our experiences with them have been horrible - they have bad ratings on several websites but I went with them because a family member suggested to go with them (however, they received their work for basically free so they didn't get the run around). They promised per contract to give us all pictures without a water mark and they are pushing us around on this topic and delaying it. I would NEVER recommend them to anyone else - and now I see that they have done this to other people so I definitely know it's just not me. Something needs to be done about this company - I think a B- rating is too kind - they are a D- in my book.Desired Settlement: We would like to be fully refunded - we never received the 3 albums; the video; hard copies of pictures without the water mark; 8X10's and 16X20's as promised; and not even a link to share some pictures with friends. We would like to take our proofs to another vendor and have the job completed
