Review: This company [redacted] has not provided any services for 7000$ payment for setting up me and my fianc wedding. We signed a contract that James would give us access to a location and help plan my fianc dream wedding. We signed a basic contract with a the deposit of 7000$. For location, coordination(deposit 5000$), and catering(Deposit 2000$). We had changed the date because certain uncontrollable family issues.(nothing in contract states you will forfeit deposits for anything), we said we would sign another one which James was fine with, then he contacted us and said that our location could not be used anymore, because of hope ranch Policy changes(not our doing ) So we found another site our selves, not including James or his company. Asked for our money back and he got in an argument with my fianc and told her no. Has not provided any services at all and refuses to return our money. My fianc was and is devastated by [redacted]. I'm filling complaint with California state attorney generals office, Federal Trade Commission, as well have contacted my attorney. This is dis-honest business practice.Desired Settlement: Just give our money back
