We responded to the person directly Attached is the email to the client We are working with the event organizer to help with the refund We do not have the authority to refund transactions for our clients events

After reviewing the case, we realized the order had already been refunded on 4/12th .  We have sent the attached email to Ms. [redacted] notifying her of the refund.

Hello [redacted],We are the ticketing platform being used for The Lights Festival but we are not the event organizers. We would have told you to contact the event organizers directly as only they can authorize a refund for their event. It sounds like you may have contacted the event...

organizer and were refused a refund. Their no refund policy is on their website, along with a statement that states that events are held outside of city limits. This is the only way for them to secure permits and be prepared for fire safety. The location was listed on their website as well as on our website which hosts the purchase page and has a map linking the address to google maps. We have since discussed your complaint with the event organizers and they have authorized a refund. A full refund has been issued and your tickets have been cancelled. You will receive the credit back through your original purchase method in 2 -4 business days depending on his bank. We hope this is a suitable response. We believe the issue was settled per the attached email thread.  When notified, we contacted the event organizer on the users behalf to help expedite the refund as requested.
