Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below Within my complaint I told you to inform the third parties that are sending me text messages using your website that I want to be removed from ALL OF THE LISTSYou gave me their email address but you are going to make me jump through hoops in order to get them to remove my phone number from all of their listsLike I said and you had read there was different numbers I had received texts from and when I replied STOP as told by the text that does not permanently remove my number from all their lists, all it does is stop them from contacting me about that particular eventThis is playing whack-a-mole in that they will keep contacting me even though I told those numbers to stopAs of today November I have not received another text but that does not mean that tomorrow or next week or next month that more will be sent.Don't you see a problem with the integrity of that business using your business to sell tickets by TEXT SPAMMING individuals that didn't opt in to those comedy shows? They are abusing their privileges of selling on your website and violating the law by not truly removing people when they click STOP in a text replyYOU STILL CHOOSE TO DO BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE AND THEY VIOLATE THE LAW? YOU DON'T GIVE THEM AN ULTIMATUM SAYING THEY MUST STOP OR ELSE THEIR ACCOUNT WITH YOU WILL BE CANCELLED? CERTAINLY I AM NOT THE ONLY PERSON WHO HAS EVER COMPLAINED ABOUT PROMOTIONAL TACTICS BY COMPANIES SELLING THROUGH YOUR WEBSITE.You said you will make attempts to contact them to tell them to stop text spamming at my number that I provided in the complaint so I will leave this Revdex.com complaint open and you can update me here through Revdex.com when they reply to you to tell me that they have removed my number Regards, [redacted]
