I have reviewed the information provided from the consumer and am unable to locate an account by the name provided and by the address provided I am aware of a call made to us yesterday which brought the same result.I would be happy to discuss further if there is more information to identify this customer such as an aka, account number, or social security number(last digits) My direct phone is [redacted] *** ext ***.thank you

We have verified the account as accurate with our client., *** ***. This balance is the result of numerous checks written against closed accounts.We would be happy to resolve the account with a payment plan. Under FCRA guidelines we cannot delete the record from credit reporting.I

There was no agreement to delete credit when the bill was paid. This is in conflict with FCRA. However as a courtesy we deleted the record from reporting on 9/9/16. Bill F*

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me as long as it happensI was told this same thing in November and it didn’t happen and when I called to question why the guy was so rude and not listening to what I was saying.

I am rejecting this response because: due to the poor customer service, I went through other companies and services to obtain the required informationThis business needs to train their employees on customer service and make them aware that only the last digits of a social security number is needed to look up information.

This account is post petition meaning it is not part of the bankruptcy filing. The consumer filed a Chapter on 5/7/2014.The indebtedness/ delinquency was incurred on 8/28/and as such should be reported as an unpaid debt on his credit report. We even reached out to the bankruptcy
attorney, Nathan Fisher, to see if he ever included this account in his schedules. ** *** never responded to our numerous inquires. I trust this will explain the circumstances of this account

WE HAVE THE ACCOUNT IN QUESTION CODED AS BANKRUPT.  IT WILL BE DELETED ON OUR NEXT SUBMISSION IN JANUARY.  IT HAD PREVIOUSLY BEEN SUBMITTED AS A DELETION BUT WAS BYPASSED DUE TO A FORMAT ERROR.  THOSE CORRECTIONS HAVE BEEN MADE.THANK YOU

The consumer called us requesting we accept 100.00 to settle an account on 2/22.  Our representative advised we could not accept that to settle the claims.  The consumer also demanded that we remove this from her credit.This would be a violation FCRA rules.  We have no evidence of...
