These are horrible horrible people They don't return calls or emails They will give you a time frame for repairs and not follow through Every time they did a repair a few months later something else was needed that they "over looked" The quality is horrible Ann is HORRIBLE!! Tried working with her for months She kept saying she would research and get back to me and never did Finally lined up the repairs I neededThey didn't compete the work on the days they stated they would and never called to let me know Finally they came out cut up the pool pipes then left When I called and asked what was going on Ann was rude stated they didn't have the parts They never let me know I just came home to cut up pipes After arguing with her to get it fixed she told me to get someone else and hung up I did get someone else We Fix Ugly Pools came to the rescue They came out that day worked until 9pm fixing Ever-Klear's mess The work they did was AMAZING and looks GREAT!!! Best part is they were better priced the Ever-Klear and the work quality was 100X better then any work Ever-Klear has ever done for me I highly recommend not using Ever-Klear for anything as their work is poor quality and they will keep coming at you for more repairs and their costumer services is horrible!

Absolutely terrible company to deal with. I had received a month of service from this so called company. The guy showed up for first appointment an hour late. The next 2 weeks no one ever came. I called and spoke to manager who promised to call me back after she looked into things and she never did. Don't call this company!
