Dear Revdex.com,In regards to this customers complaint.We received this order into our shipping system on 3/23/at 1:58pm (documentation enclosed) and once our shipper found that there was no more left of this item in the size customer requested, the order was brought to our customer service team.Our
customer service rep called twice throughout the day and left messages in regards to this orderSince we did not receive a reply within hours in regards to this order we cancelled and refunded in full at that time.Once the customer received the email via Sears website confirming refunded, we received the call from the customerOur customer service rep tried to explain to this customer very calmly exactly why something like this would happen(When selling on different platforms there is a delay with updating the inventory of at least minutesIf a customer places an order with in that minutes it will show the item availableThere is no delay with our direct web site) The customer service rep tried for $hour explaining and offering this customer to choose any other of our styles no matter the cost and wewould ship that item for herUnfortunately the customer was not interested in hearing and was cursingand screaming at our customer service rep(which no one should be spoken to in this way) Then the manager was put on the phone and as soon as she answered she was greeted with the same yelling and improper manner along with threatsThe manager explicitly asked what we could do to resolve this situation for the customer and the customer responded by saying that she did not want a resolution, she just wanted to complain.There was no calm resolution with this customer and nothing more we could do when the customer is this abusiveThis customer was refunded in full within hours of purchase and even compensated an extra shipping from Sears(Documentation enclosed) There was no delay in refunding and we went above and beyond to try to resolve in a calm mannerHowever when a customer will not work in any manner to resolve and is screaming and threatening there is not much more any customer service rep or manager cando

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.First I'd like to say the company did not try several times to contact me I never received any email communication about the issue of the dress not being available and second I did not curse anyone out when I contacted the companyThe first representative was not answering my questions to my satisfaction and she became rude and frustrated on the call and continued to try to talk with me after I asked to speak with a supervisor whom also got on the phone and was rude as well which in turn made be furiousShe too had no explanation as to why their system was not updated with the dress would or would not be available when I ordered itShe did not mention anything to me about a minute anythingWhere that came from I have to ideaSo as far as the refund it was returned and that's fine however I want a written apology for how the representatives treated me when I calledI am willing to accept responsibility for my behavior which would not have even occurred had the company's representatives would have simply answered my questions professionallyI also spoke with Sears and was advised that this was not how they handle business This ugly turn of events has does not increase my confidence in Ever Pretty or their representativesI also want my complaint logged against the company because there's no doubt they haven't treated others in a similar way.
