Revdex.com:
I have reviewed the response submitted by the business and have determined that the response does not satisfy or resolve my issues and/or concerns in reference to complaint # [redacted]. Please add your rejection comments below. I waited patiently for three weeks for the check engine light to go out and that did not happen.  On week 3, I scheduled an appointment to have the dealer check it on week 4.  The dealer informed me that the oxygen sensor was put in and wired incorrectly which burnt out the new oxygen sensor that John Jehar's mechanic put in my car.   I paid $377.00 ($55.00 for the inspection) to Jeha's.  I paid the dealer to redo the same job and they put in another oxygen sensor for an additional $520.00.  I paid for the same job twice.  The $80.00 does not cover my expenses.  I overpaid $242.00.  In addition, I was without my car for 4 weeks so I rented a car for 3 days which came to $288.00 to do some personal errands.  At this time, I was living in East Providence, RI and not really close to Jeha's.  It would have taken me 2 or 3 buses to get there.  I stand by my original amount.  Quite frankly, I am dissatisfied with the first job at Jeha's.  I was not able to bring it to the dealer sooner because John Jehar sent my car to 2 other mechanics for an electrical problem on that line.  I called DMV in [redacted], RI and explained what happened and the DMV placed a notation in my file which will be kept open until this problem is resolved.  Also, I sent copies of my invoices by mail to prove my expenses to the Revdex.com.  Did you get them?  Thank you for your help.
Regards,

I am responding to the complaint filed by [redacted]. [redacted] has been a customer here for several years. She bought this vehicle out of state and was having issues with it. I hooked it up to my machine and it showed she had a bad sensor. I replaced the sensor and told her she had to drive it to...

clear the codes.  She was impatient and brought it to a dealer that was also not able to fix the problem. I have refunded her the cost of the sensor.  I spent 3 ½ hours on this car doing other repairs as well as the sensor. I will not be refunding her anything else.Thank you,[redacted] JehaOwner
