We had water in our basement every spring the entire time we have owned the house (years) Everdry came in and and resolved our issues professionally and since they left last summer, we have not had a drop of water even though this was the worst winter and spring that we have had for rain Thank you Everydry

It's October and exactly years after I had Everdry Waterproofing (of Greater ***, **) install a waterproofing system, to include a fan that takes humid air from out of my basement out to the outside
After owning my house for seven (7) years, I had to do something about the "musty smell" that greeted me every time I entered my houseBesides the musty smell, Everdry made my basement safer from collapse since the basement was constructed using cinder block for a seven (7) foot deep, full basementFor that, they replaced braces that went three to six feet into the center of the basement floor to hold up those walls with face plates that anchor the walls with other "dumb plates" out in the yard and under my drivewayThey also made my basement safe from flooding by carving out a path for water to weep out of the base of the basement walls into a corner catch basin that sends any collected water three feet out into the yard(They installed the necessary sump-pump for that, as well) That corner catch basin also provides me the means to run a dehumidifier with a hose connection to drain water into that same holeThis leaves me with no collection tank to empty, time and time again, during the humid summer months
At the end of the job, Everdry took care of that "musty smell" by installing an "anti-humidity" device called an "***" that works year-round to keep my "house air" clear of excess humidity
All in all, the Everdry installation team and follcustomer service team get my continued high marks for an investment in protecting my home and making it more livable during the hot and humid summer monthsIn fact, I had this work done far ahead of the Flood of and other storms that threaten this part of ***I was worried about any damage, but I made it through that storm unscathed
I AM having "musty smell" problems again, but Everdry has promised to come out and take a look to see if there may be some blockage in the *** system, as the system is now years oldThanks to the warranty, it will be done at "no cost" The annual warranty fee is dollars, but can be transferred to a followner of the house/propertySo, the warranty service is not necessarily "free", but everything is covered by that costI guess another Everdry customer discovered that the warranty doesn't cover everything when you "finish" your basement after Everdry installs its systemPerhaps, you will have to check to make sure you have insurance to cover any damage that may occur to a "finished basement" project
In summary, I believe a basement flood protection or waterproofing system from Everdry is well worth the investmentIt's not cheap, but I think it's well worth the costMine was 14,dollars

When I purchased my home years ago, the warranty had lapsed I was given the opportunity to renew and continue the warranty for my system Everydry also sent technicians out to confirm that my system was intact and performing properly They were very kind, helpful and made sure I understood how the system was to perform and the warranty They are a company with great integrity and stand by their work

Wasn't the happiest client in the beginning but in the last years they have hired a new service manager and field workers which has made world of difference for the better

We had a waterproofing system installed years ago after dealing with a continually flooded basement, mold, etc The workers who installed the system were very efficient, explained everything they were doing, and cleaned the site up completely when done We only needed to have a technician out once to check the system (which was completed the same day that I called) We have not had one water issue in the basement since Everdry installed the system and we are very happy with their work!

We had our basement waterproofed by Everdry of Greater GR 13 years ago and haven't had any trouble since! Worth the peace of mind of a dry basement.

My wife and I Installed your system in our basement in 1998. The basement leaked in several spots really bad. In fact when it would leak in a hard rain right up through the floor. Since installing the system it has been dry. We have had a great experience with the warranty we carry also. The sump pump motor failed and I called on it. That afternoon one of your service techs came and replaced it free. No fees or anything! The company backs what it sells. I would highly recommend them for any basement problems you may have.

Everdry of Greater Grand Rapids installed a complete basement waterproofing system in our house five years ago. Previously we had other systems which failed. Since Everdry installed our system we have had some of the most significant rainfall on record and our system has worked wonderfully. Our basement has been welled cared for since we hired Everdry!! One of our pipes to our sump pump burst during a terrible storm and we were able to duct tape it together until Everydry arrived to fix it within an hour.

Another time our sump pump quit and they were there to replace it before any problems occurred.

I have been a customer of Everdry for almost 20 years. The work they did was first rate and still works well to this day. We never have any issues with water in our basement! The only issues we have are an occasional problem with the sump pump which they always come out to fix quickly. I highly recommend their service.
