To date I have not been contacted by the production manager as indicated in the response, so I did not have any action to reply toI would also say that I have spoken with the production manager multiple times prior to lodging this complaint through the Revdex.com, none of those conversations have left me satisfied with their ability to compensate me for time lost and multiple repairs following the original work Please let me know the next steps towards resolving this issue to my satisfaction -- [redacted]

I met with Mr [redacted] and his wife last night (08/25/15) along with a landscaper He examined the shrubs for them The landscaper assured them that the shrubs would grow back over a period of time We offered the [redacted] s a few solutions that included replacing the damaged shrubs, replacing all the shrubs, planting additional shrubs, or pruning the existing shrubs to promote growth under the canopy Mr [redacted] chose to have the pruning done so he would not lose the growth of the existing shrubs along the front of his house The landscaper will be there on Thursday to do the pruning We will keep watch on the landscaping to make sure all is going well.Thank you,Caryn

We did speak with Ms [redacted] about her claim and informed her that we do not cover the cost of mold remediation We have taken care of the source of her issue We are aware of Ms***’s intentions and have turned this over to our attorney who spoke with her attorneyWe have had no response from her since.Thanks,***

Attached are four photos depicting the extensive cutbacks made by the crew that did the initial work in December 2013.All four photos of the shrub on the corner, which prior to this work was full and rounded, and shielded the corner from the exposure that now exists.If this is persuable damage please let me know the next stepsI am still researching replacement costs

I reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and find the resolution is satisfactory to me. The largest bush that was most damaged by the original work in has been hand prunedtwo years later

I reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find the proposed resolution satisfactory, simply in the interest of closing this case.I am still sorely disappointed in the amount of time this resolution took (August 2013-August 2015) - two years from our first call to Everdry about the water intrusion into the basement.The resolution also does not address the fact that the initial estimator assured us that bushes would be tied back, and not destroyed, only for us to find the crew had chopped out branches without consulting with us.I will never work with Everdry again and will refer people away from them whenever the opportunity presents itself.Regards, [redacted]

I wanted to let you know that my complaint ID [redacted] submitted on 9/10/2014 2:23:08 PM against Ever Dry Waterproofing of Columbus has not been resolved. I will be taking this company to small claims court. Thanks [redacted]
