Review: Eveready Insurance company sent me a notice in September dated 9/**/14 that I will no longer be covered by them for auto insurance as of 10/**/14. I paid my auto insurance in full for the period 2[redacted]/14 to 2/**/15. I called them and was told that I will receive a refund check in the mail. I waited and did not receive any refund check. I called MY broker and was told that the company is going out of business. I called them again on 10/**/14. They told me I must first obtain new insurance coverage before they can reimburse me. This is not fair to me. I will have to come up with the funds to pay again for insurance coverage before they can refund me my money. I have a loan on my car and if there is a lapse in auto insurance it puts me in jeopardy. I need help to recover my money in a timely manner. This notice should have gone out last year before a new policy was started I have been with this auto insurance company since 2/**/2010. My broker found two insurance companies to economically give me full auto insurance coverage. So I'm paying monthly the other one insurance and paid Eveready in full and I am also paying monthly on my loan. This is not right. Help.Desired Settlement: what ever funds that is is rightly refundable to me immediately. I am sure of the figures but it should in the ball park of about $599.00 - $700.00.

Review: On Friday [redacted],2014 my wife and I was involved in a four car collision on the Long Island Expressway on the H.O.V lane accident. My SUV was total according to the claim adjuster [redacted]. claim number# [redacted]. [redacted] review all the claim and found the vehicle totaled. She said I should received eleven thousand/five hundred dollars with a one thousand dollars deductible. and my Title sign over to them I comply with a one day priority united states postal mail. the Title was delivery on Thursday October **,2014. [redacted] Tracking # [redacted]. At this time Lang Insurance is now answering or attempting to uncover the wrong doing. I NEED your help quickly to solved this important matter. speak to [redacted] at [redacted] who work for them .Desired Settlement: A LETTER OF APOLOGY RENTAL EXPENSE FOR USING MY BROTHER CAR FOR A WEEK.
