Center by [redacted] ("Complainant"). Zenith thanks the Revdex.com (the "Revdex.com") for this opportunity to respond to Complainant's concerns regarding her transcript request.
Zenith Education Group's Transfer Center Department ("The Department") is the department that process Transcript, Diploma, and Education Verification for more than 40 closed school locations. The Department receives hundreds of requests for assistance daily. The standard processing time for transcript requests is a minimum of 21 business days. When students ask for their request to be expedited, the Department informs the students that the Department we will notate their deadline date and do their best. However, the Department doesn't guarantee that they can process the student's request any earlier than the standard processing time. Students who request and their transcripts urgently are triaged according to urgency and placed in an "Urgent - Red Category"; however, requests in that category are still processed in the order which the Department receives. The Department received Complainant's transcript request form on June 11, 2015. On June 16, 2015, the Department received and reviewed Complainant's transcript request form and notified Complainant that the form was missing a signature. Complainant signed and re-submitted the form which the Department received. On June 19, 2015, the Department processed and mailed Complainant's transcript.

In light of our response, Zenith asks that the Revdex.com find in its favor and close the complaint. Zenith again thanks the Revdex.com for this opportunity to address Complainant's concerns and to demonstrate Zenith's commitment to the Revdex.com's principles and purposes. University Brandon (the "School") by [redacted] ("Complainant"). Zenith thanks the Revdex.com (the "Revdex.com") for this opportunity to respond to Complainant's concerns and hopes that our response satisfactorily demonstrates the School's appreciation of the Revdex.com's principles and purposes.
Complainant states he attempted to request his transcripts from the School and was told "there's no record of him attending." The School has no records of Complainant contacting the School's Registrar to request for his transcripts or of him submitting a request for his transcripts since 2008. The School can confirm Complainant's transcripts are available at the School, and the School is happy to release Complainant's records upon submission of a Transcript Request Form by Complainant. The School attempted to contact Complainant on July 7, 2015 to review the procedure on requesting his transcripts; however, he did not answer the phone call. The School requests that Complainant contact the School's Registrar at (XXX) XXX-XXXX for information on how he can request his transcripts.
Complainant has the option to come to the School to complete a Transcript Request Form or Complainant can send in a signed and written letter with the following information: full name, date of birth, last four digits of his social security number, date of attendance, program he is enrolled in, transcript type (official or unofficial), and where he would like the transcript to be sent to (address, pickup, or faxed). Once the School receives Complainant's Transcript Request Form or his signed letter, the School can release his transcripts within 3-5 business days.
In light of our response, Zenith asks that the Revdex.com find in its favor and close the complaint. Zenith again thanks the Revdex.com for this opportunity to address Complainant's concerns and to demonstrate Zenith's commitment to the Revdex.com's principles and purposes. Please do not hesitate to contact our office if you wish to discuss this matter in greater detail.

Aurora (the "School") by [redacted] ("Complainant"). Zenith thanks the Revdex.com (the "Revdex.com") for this opportunity to respond to Complainant's concerns and hopes that our response satisfactorily demonstrates the School's appreciation of the Revdex.com's principles and purposes.
Complainant states she attempted to obtain her transcripts from Everest College. Complainant states she was advised her records are unable to be located. Complainant further states she contacted the Zenith Education Transfer Center and was unable to receive a response from the department.
The Transfer Center's records show Complainant sent an email to the Transfer Center on August 5, 2015, stating she needed her transcripts to apply for her Certified Medical Assistant examination. The Transfer Center replied to Complainant on August 6, 2015, and provided her with a Transcript Request Form and directions on how to submit her request. However, Complainant did not submit a completed request form, and instead replied to the Transfer Center on August 14, 2015, stating she had already submitted the form via fax and email, and was previously advised her records could not be located.
The Transfer Center's manager replied to Complainant on August 25, 2015, and asked Complainant as to the fax number and email she had previously submitted her request to, as the Transfer Center had no record of any previous request. On August 26, 2015, Complainant forwarded an email she received from Everest University Online, stating her records were not available and she was provided with a list of the ground campus locations and their contact information. Upon review of the email forwarded by Complainant, the Transfer Center's manager determined that Complainant had mistakenly requested her records through Everest University Online, which is a location Complainant did not attend. As the Online Registrar only has access to viewing records of students who attended via the online format, the information was accurate that Complainant's information was unavailable through that department. The Transfer Center's manager explained to Complainant that her request had been submitted to an incorrect department, and requested Complainant to complete the Transcript Request form and submit it to the Transfer Center in order to begin processing her request.
Complainant submitted her completed Transcript Request Form and the Transfer Center processed her request. Complainant's transcripts have been processed and were mailed out to her on September 3, 2015.
In light of our response, Zenith asks that the Revdex.com find in its favor and close the complaint. Please do not hesitate to contact our office if you wish to discuss this matter in greater detail.

RE: [redacted]- Case # XXXXXXXX
We received the complaint referenced above from [redacted] ("Complainant"). Everest Institute Houston- Bissonnet (the "School")...

thanks the Revdex.com (the "Revdex.com") for this opportunity to respond to Complainant's concerns and hopes that our response satisfactorily demonstrates the School's appreciation of the Revdex.com's principles and purposes.
In Complainant's complaint, she asks that the School stop contacting her phone regarding enrollment opportunities. The School respects Complainant's request not to receive calls from the School. It is not the School's policy to make "cold calls" or contact a consumer against their expressed desire. A prospective student must input their contact information onto our website to submit a request for information electronically or call our Contact Center. The School is unable to track who specifically inputted Complainant's information to the School's system. However, upon receipt of this complaint, the School has placed Complainant's phone number on its Do Not Call ("DNC") list and additionally contacted the Marketing Department to request removal of Complainant's phone number from any marketing phone lists. There may be a brief crossover period of 72 hours while Complainant's contact information is removed from our systems. If Complainant continues to receive contact from any representatives of the School after that crossover period, Complainant may contact Student Services at (XXX) XXX-XXXX, option 4.
We apologize for any inconvenience this has caused Complainant and wish her the best. We again thank the Revdex.com for this opportunity to address Complainant's concerns and to demonstrate the School's commitment to the Revdex.com's principles and purposes. Please do not hesitate to contact our department at the number below if you wish to discuss this matter in greater detail.
Sincerely,
