took place Everest Realty was not managing the property and was not involved in the process. This complaint should be brought to [redacted] instead of Everest Realty.[redacted]

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me.

I was not comfortable with the fact that there was no check-in form, so we did one ourselves and submitted to Everest. Several of these items were charged to us as well as a $3G early termination fee. We gave a 45 day notice after living there for over 2 years, had our rent paid well BEFORE it was due. The home was relisted before our vacancy and new tenants moved in about 2 weeks after we left.
The employees were were always nice to work with, but the bottom line is . . .$ and they will make sure to take every penny of your deposit regardless of the condition the home is.
