I was living in StGeorgeI purchased a house in a different city abt minutes away (Hurricane, UT)I went to the Kubex location after my purchase, in October, & cancelled my membershipDue to the fact that I had moved out of the city, they are required (as per the contract I signed) to allow the cancellation & to cease all charges as long as I can prove I movedI came back in to the location about a week later with a utilities statement type paper to prove my moveThe person working took a photocopy of the paperwork & assured me it would be taken care ofAfter the holidays were over, & things were getting back to normal, I was checking my bank account, & noticed I had been charged for November, December, & January (no charges in February or March)So, I called the gym to get my refundThis is where the run-around beganI spoke to a girl who told me the manager was not in & to call back days laterI called back days later & was told that

Hello, The customer bought the *** and paid through the ***If he is not satisfied with the service he need to resolve the refund issue with them as we did not receive any payment directly from him but through the ***Regarding the waterproof issue we have made no any prior
commitment in any of our policy that (regarding model iphone and plus) the phone will be waterproof once we repair it because once the phone is open its already exposed therefore no longer water resistantWe were not inquired about waterproof issue by the customer prior repairAnd regarding the performance of the screen, as a technician the screen was working fine with very minimal glitches only on the 3D touch issue, but the customer has to understand that once you repair anything the efficiency might not be the same. Lastly if he is not happy with the service that is his choice and I respect that completelyBut we are not whom he paid for the service directly and used a different business/website for the payment service for which we are not authorized to initiate a refund

I am rejecting this response because: *** states that disputes need to be taken up directly with the vendor and not via ***Because of all the problems and shoddy worksmanship, I had to pay $to have it fixed directly from *** (as they tested it and agreed the screen was not working properly).
