Sorry for the delayed response, been dealing with some personal matters The only thing that we could have done better is to let *** know that the crew was on there way to her property. We had a cancellation and thought she would be happy that we were there, my crew did knock on the door to let her know they were on site.We were never provided the Pat Neal surveyThe only reason I new it was a wood bridge previously because it was in *** response to the Revdex.comI personally walked the property line with *** and the sheriff and told both of them that there was NO encroachment*** is not happy with the results of my survey and I am not sure what I can do from here.Out of good faith I am willing to send *** a check for $for any inconvenience that I have caused her. On September 15, 2017, I came to your office with my file. You took copies of the Survey done by *** *** *** ***.along with other papers in the file. Had you looked at the survey done by Patrick LNeal you would have seen the encroachmenton the bridge on the East side of the property. An encroachment just doesn't disappear! I had asked for a call on the daythe survey was to be done! NO CALL. This was September 19th, 2017. I called your office, the comment was "you had acancellation" so you came over to my property! That does not excuse the fact I had requested a phone call, (respect) and consideration for your client I agree you came over to my property on the 29th of September! You did walk the east side of my property with the deputy.I asked about the showing of the encroachment you said nothing! Your survey looked like you enlarged the plot planand applied the Registered Land Surveyor Seal! The only thing showing that a survey had even been done where the pinkflags on the cornersThat is a statement ! Your remark about agreeing to come to the site a week later. Because I can't hear I texted Sharon.I told her I was very upset with the survey ! Her answer, don't text her. She gave me her phone number as a courtesy?I told her loud and clear, if she hadn't given me the phone number so that I could text, I would never had committed toEverettAlan Group to help me. I wish I hadn't ! If you didn't see the survey by Patrick Neal, how did you know it wasa wooden bridge? Youre right it is a big piece of cement, hanging in the air. But it is a bridge. And there is a big encroachment which your survey didn't show. If you want to see a GOOD survey, stop by the property. That (small landscape boulder) you referred to, was placed with a loader! You with other men couldn't move it ribbons on the stakes

My client was not happy because the survey did not turn out the way she wanted it too.We completed the required field work and provided the 81/X Exhibit that is attached to this e-mail with the contract.I personally walked the property with my client and a sheriff with Maricopa County to go
over the survey (not included in contract)A week later she was still not happy with the results and I told her that I would come out again to explain the survey and I never heard from her. Client never provided the survey she referred to in her e-mailThe bridge is not wooded at this time it is concreteThe client did not request a small landscape boulder to be shown (you could move by hand) I feel we went up and beyond to try to please our client but could not make her happy with the results.
