Disappointed
I found the car I wanted online and had my financing arranged already with my bank as I’ve always used. The salesman continuously tried to get me to try one of their financing companies to the point that I left the dealership. I wanted the car still, so my husband called and requested the buyers information and went back with a check and paperwork from our bank. After getting the car (brand new) the air bag light came on and I received a notification from onstar that this requires immediate attention. I called the Everett service department and was told that they were behind and my car is fine to drive. 3 months passed by before this was fixed. I was not given a loaner either once the car was put in the shop.
My car did not have a spare tire ( which I hear is typical for new cars now). But there was no jack, air compressor anything. The tow kit was laying in the trunk in opened plastic and it looked like contents that were supposed to be in the truck has been taken out. When I called about the airbag light I told them about this and they said they would put all of those things in my car when I brought it in for the air bag issue.
After bringing it in the items did not get put into to car and I was told that my car did not come with those. 2 weeks later I had a flat tire and had to call a tow truck because I did not have a spare or compressor or anything to fix my car on the side of the road.

First experience of buying new vehicle in Arkansas and will never go back. During negotiations, salesman James, lied about GAP insurance being included for free. During sales contract signing, Danny was friendly, talking about his family and we signed paperwork. We were not given any contracts or anything we signed except for the "Order Form" used during negotiations. Danny told us we would get our paperwork in 2-3 weeks. When we questioned him, he asked if this was the first vehicle we had purchased in Arkansas. We said yes and he said Arkansas does it different than other states. The total on the contract was disputed because we were charged for GAP insurance. One week later, we received a letter from the bank over several discrepancies on our contract, due to being overcharged on APR, Finance Charges, Total Sales Price and payments. We have moved our loan to a different bank with a lower interest rate. Everett Chevrolet will not take any responsibility of any kind. UNACCEPTABLE!
