I am rejecting this response because:I have been getting the run around since October, when they had ample time to inspect when their was no seasonal issuesI have been told people were coming out this week, that week, or next week to see damaged and destroyed areas of my property in November, which clearly wasn't doneAsked for me to send pictures numerous times and nothing was done.I want dates!! As I have always mentioned, as to when I can expect someone out to inspect the areas specified in this complaint, so they can be held accountableFor example:in April, Hopewell will be sending someone to inspect the destroyed landscaping and other areas that have been damaged, with repair of the landscaping to be done weeks thereafterI also want a copy of the completed work order that shows the business name and contact information of the business that will be replacing the eavestrough, destroyed landscaping, damaged concrete etcBecause if any issues occur thereafter we want to ensure we will be covered and know who to contact

We have reassured this customer throughout the process of their complaint that we would indeed remedy the problems they have identified, and had simply insisted that these be corrected as appropriate on a seasonal basis (concrete repairs, for example, are best done when weather permits). The complaint was originally received in late-October, and at that time we explained that correcting the damages would be covered by Hopewell, but that they would be completed after winter along with our seasonal construction program, which was set to recommence in May of 2017. As such, and as shared with the customer, we will be more than happy to address her requests for repair at that time. Thank you for allowing us to respond to the letter sent in. As always, Hopewell takes great care in addressing concerns with empathy and reasonability. Currently, many of the issues are ongoing matters which have yet to be resolved due to the seasonality of the requests. A breakdown of where we are...

currently with the ongoing matters are as follows: 1)      Damage to eaves and possibly house – Work orders issued previously to the appropriate companies to have the work reviewed and repair any item required have been completed2)      Landscaping damage – This is a seasonal issue and cannot be completed until the spring/summer once our seasonal programs begin. Once the program begins we will review the damage that has occurred and repair the required items3)      Damage to driveway – Like the landscaping, we are unable to review until spring/summer to see the extent of said damage. Upon review of the concern, repairs may or may not be completed based on what has occurred.4)      Trades on property – We have been in contact with the trades and have requested that they respect the fact that homes are occupied around construction area While we recognize the issues that have occurred and agree that many of them should not have occurred in the first place, as stated above and explained in previous communications to the homeowner, the majority of them will not be completed from a repair perspective until the spring/summer.
