This complaint is very one sided in the telling of the story.The vehicle was discounted the amount of the repair for the problem we were aware of, and the customer agreed the deal.The vehicle did have an additional problem that was taken in by our mechanic and fixed Another problem has
occurred and we are willing to repair that as well, the customer has already missed two appointments for that repair.In addition, the customer was extremely rude and threatened violence toward our lot attendant.We are still willing to repair the vehicle and satisfy the customer.I would respectfully request this item be removed from our permanent record as it is not as the customer described the sequence of events
