Att: [redacted] ***This customer showed up around 1:pm asking for next day Any incoming orders after 8:am, we work for next day which is a rush The most regular customers are acknowledge that we try our best but NO guarantee on all the works and PICKUP time Because they knew already there is no "we guarantee" sign anywhere on the site and website.Unfortunately, he didn't get it I felt that he forced me guarantee the pickup time He kept asking for requests, reducing the size of order, pay extra, etc I didn't want to damage on his business trip just in case.The processing might be stopped by power outage, machine problems, etc which is unexpected At any time, there is a chance of failure Even minor problem give us big processing delay That's why I couldn't promise with him but try our best Customers business is very important to us Therefore, on the site and website for same day service, we added "We do not guarantee in case of emergencies (mechanical failure, power outage, etc)for the modification which is better understand The goal of our business is 99% try our best for customers satisfaction on all the services bu not 100% guarantee.Thank you
