Our salesman has spoken with the customer and it has been determined that there was a misunderstanding about the amount of work involved to equal the original quoted bid price. In a good faith effort to maintain positive relations, Evergreen has agreed to refund the customer $300 and Customer has agreed to delete all negative internet posts.
